Reay Solutions offers a variety of options to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Rates apply to hours actually worked in 15-minute increments.

Per Project Package

A one-hour minimum is required for all services and projects.

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are custom designed to save you money by offering a discount based on the hours purchased (please see chart below). All retainers are purchased in advance and the hours do not carry over to the following month. Retainer Packages are non-refundable and are due on the anniversary date.

Pre-Paid Option

Clients who are unsure of the time needed for a project and do not want the commitment of a retainer may opt for the pre-paid billing option. Hours are purchased in 10 hour increments as needed and are valid for up to 30 days after purchase. Clients are invoiced the 1st and 15th of each month unless a retainer package has been purchased. Pre-Paid Options are non-refundable.


When you refer a client to Reay Solutions and they sign an agreement with us, you will receive one free hour on your next invoice.

Charges and Fees

Charges incurred specifically for a project will be billed separately (posting fees, classified advertisements, office supplies, paper, postage, courier, long distance etc.)

There will be a $30.00 return charge for any returned checks.

A late fee of 5% will be charged to any balance past due.

Billing Policies

A signed contract is required before any work will begin.

Payments can be made via business check, cashier’s check, or PayPal.

Invoices are sent via email or Postal Service. Invoices are due ten (10) days from invoice date.

**If we do not provide a service you need, we can refer you to a Virtual Assistant (VA) who does.
